4. Quotes, Payments & Refunds
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit (typically 50%) may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion or as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Payments are accepted via approved methods (bank transfer, card payment, etc.).
- Refunds are generally not provided once work has started, but we will work with you to resolve any disputes fairly.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery of services, clients must:
- Provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback.
- Secure rights to all content provided to us (text, images, videos, logos).
- Approve work and deliverables within the agreed timeframes.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions from clients.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final design and deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Timeline Studios reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless agreed otherwise with the client.
- Pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, or templates remain the property of Timeline Studios.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings or business outcomes.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Third-Party Services
- Some services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, plugins, third-party integrations) may be provided by external providers.
- Timeline Studios is not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party providers.
9. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal data.

- Work completed up to the termination date must be paid for in full.
