Once we receive a valid notice, we will investigate the claim and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will notify the person who posted the content so they may respond appropriately.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification containing:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed, and its original location (URL) before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to error or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a legal action within a reasonable period to restrain the alleged infringement.
4. Repeat Infringers
Timeline Studios enforces a policy of terminating access or accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others. We reserve the right to remove any infringing material at our discretion without prior notice.
